3Lb Soul is an Alternative Christian Rock Band with testimony based lyrics. We are rift driven modern grunge/punk, and people say that we sound like "Sheryl Crow meets Soundgarden".
On stage we are crazy fun doing all sorts of contest to win CDs and T shirts. Every show we do has a testimony and prayer of salvation done, and our purpose as a ministry is to bring people to the  Lord. Our band/ministry also runs a non-profit organization that specializes in working with battered women, troubled youth, self-mutilators, and drug addicts. Currently we are aired on only a radio stations nationally, and are also regularly featured on TBN's JCTV. we pray that God would use us to continue spreading His word

Beautiful
I wrote this song on a day where my self image/self esteem was shot. The Lord really freed me through this song, showing me that it was most important for me to be beautiful on the inside.

Cup of Tea
This song was written to demonstrate the importance of walking in prayer. Each day, I need God sooo much. From the moment I wake up, till I go to sleep. It all addresses faith... in that even though I can not always see God, I know He IS there. So, I patiently "wait" for His answer and return.

The Oooh Song
This is a song I wrote on a a day I was screaming out to God for help. Not every day of our walk with the Lord is peaceful. I wrote this when I was needing His help to save me. It is an example of His grace, and how he saved me from a life of drug use, loneliness and self hate.
